Ananda Jenny processes personal data. According to the GDPR, personal data is “all information about an identified or identifiable natural person”. This is all data that can be traced directly or indirectly to your person. When entering into a cooperation agreement with Ananda Jenny and/or purchasing a product, we will at least process your name, address, place of residence, telephone number, e-mail address, gender, date of birth, marital status and a photo taken of you from the front, side and rear. Even if you already have a cooperation agreement with Ananda Jenny and/or purchase products, we will continue to process this type of personal data from you. When using the services of Ananda Jenny, depending on which services are taken, the following personal data is also processed: visit registration at the sports club where Ananda Jenny gives her coaching, type of cooperation agreement and/or purchased product[s], information that you have given to our customer service, your financial status at Ananda Jenny [purchased services and products and whether they have been paid for].
DETAILS OF OUR WEBSITE VISITORS
We also process personal data from all visitors of our website. This concerns personal data that you fill in on the contact page, such as your e-mail address, name, address, place of residence and telephone number. The details of the completed forms are sent directly to Ananda Jenny’s e-mail and are not stored in a database of a third-party. Our website uses Google Analytics to collect information about visitors.
SOCIAL MEDIA EXPRESSIONS
The data that you enter yourself on social media or that we collect in response to your reactions to social media statements are processed by Ananda Jenny. This may include personal data that you enter anywhere on our social media, for example the contact page of the relevant platform, such as your e-mail address, name, address, place of residence or a telephone number.
WITH WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
SERVICE: Ananda Jenny processes your data to provide you with our Personal Training & Lifestyle Coaching services. For processing and answering questions and complaints, preparing, sending and collecting invoices and communicating in the right language. In addition, we process the data you provide with specific services for the purpose of that specific service.
INFORMATION: Ananda Jenny processes your data in order to inform you mainly via e-mail, and if necessary by telephone, via Whatsapp or SMS or by letter. You will receive information about your cooperation agreement and/or product[s] and, for example, a confirmation of agreements made and additional information.
MARKETING AND SALES ACTIVITIES
For the sake of clarity: we do not sell the personal data of our clients to third parties so that they can use this data for their direct marketing activities.
ANALYSIS & [MARKET] RESEARCH
We can use your personal data for research and analysis, with the aim to improve the services of Ananda Jenny. We can also ask you if you want to take part in a no-obligation customer or market research in order to improve our services. If Ananda Jenny carries out such a [market] research you decide whether you want to participate in this by giving permission or not.
CONTACT WITH CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS
If you contact us or we contact you by phone, e-mail, social media, chat or in another way, your data will be registered. For example, employees of Ananda Jenny can see at a later point in time that you have been in contact with us before and what it was about. That way we can help you faster and better. Matters that are included are, for example, questions about services, complaints, invoices and payments if you participate in market research and sales discussions. Phone calls between clients/customers and Ananda Jenny can be stored to listen back to and for training purposes. If a call is recorded, you first hear a message that the call can be recorded.

HOW DO WE HANDLE THE SECURITY OF YOUR DATA?

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We will retain your data for as long as this is necessary for the realization of the purposes for which we process your data and for no longer than legally permitted. The ultimate storage period differs per type of personal data. If you have a cooperation agreement with Ananda Jenny, we will keep your details during the period of your cooperation agreement. After the retention period has expired, your personal data will be anonymized or deleted.
DOES ANANDA JENNY MAKE USE OF THIRD PARTY SERVICES IN THE PROCESSING OF DATA?
Ananda Jenny uses services from other parties. This only happens after screening in the field of security and privacy and only after the company has signed an agreement regarding the use and protection of personal data. Activities involving third parties include: website, e-mail, telephony, internet, debt collection, client/customer administration and banking.
DOES ANANDA JENNY PROVIDE DATA TO THIRD PARTIES?
In principle, Ananda Jenny does not provide or sell data to third parties. However, Ananda Jenny may be required by law or regulation to process your personal data and/or provide it to third parties. LIMITATION OF PROCESSING
You have the right to request and obtain the limitation of a processing in a number of specific cases: during the period of dispute of the correctness of personal data and the verification thereof, if the processing has proved to be unlawful but you still do not want the data to be erased if Ananda Jenny no longer needs the data, but you still need the data for legal action and if you have objected to the processing and are still awaiting the response to the objection. What you request, as it were, to mark the personal data [temporarily lock it] with the aim of limiting processing in the future.
You have the right to have your data transferred. With this right you can request a copy of your personal data and receive it, for example, to hand over to another service provider. The data will be provided in a structured, common and machine-readable form. Think of an Excel file, CSV file or it will be downloadable. This right only applies if the processing of the data is based on permission or an agreement and if the processing is carried out via automated procedures.
OBJECTION TO PROCESSING
You always have the right, on the basis of reasons relating to your specific situation, to object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of a task of general interest or a task in the execution of the public authority if Ananda Jenny has been awarded and if the processing is necessary for the defense of the legitimate interests of Ananda Jenny or a third party, if your interests weigh more heavily.
