I met Ananda 6 months after giving birth to my son James. I had chosen to quit my working life for a while and to explore motherhood to the fullest! After a few months I noticed I had less routine in my life because of not working anymore. I became more lazy, (yes, even with a baby) which is easy for me to become, but not something I like to be… I always seek for balance because that is which I feel best by, but being a little bit of a restless person, I don’t always achieve this.. I felt that I needed to take some action and do more things that would make me feel better, mentally and physically. When I spontaneously started talking to Ananda at the gym my husband also goes to, she immediately gave out such a good energy, that the moment I got home, I sent her a message to ask her if we could plan an intake for personal training and from there on I was addicted to our workout sessions together! On and off I had about 5 personal trainers over the last 10 years and Ananda is by far the very best! For me for sure, but I am pretty sure for you too! She is such an intelligent, passionate, open minded, caring and perfectionist allround personal trainer, that I find it unique! When we meet up for a session, it is not just purely exercising, it can also really be a ''psychological thrill’’ and fun! What I socially love to do is wining and dining, sometimes a bit too much I must admit... But now I have Ananda in my life, I feel so much more balanced, energetic and good about myself. She gives me such a good boost every time we meet, I would not want to miss her in my life anymore!
