Ananda has been amazing in helping me get back into shape. I came to her because I had pain in my ankles and feet so she helped me focus on strengthening the muscles in my legs. I've gained muscles and flexibility now and I feel much better. She also helped me with my diet and eating habits. This really made me lose a lot of fat and now I feel healthier and have more energy. I also look really great. I don't like to brag, but the other day someone told me my ass looked great, so yea...it works. Ananda is always there to help and I highly recommend her if you're looking not only to train, but create lasting healthy habits. I hadn’t been working out for 10 years when I started taking Personal Training lessons from Ananda about 6 months ago. The reason I asked her for help was because I was always tired and I felt less strong than I think I should be. Sometimes I couldn’t even open up a plastic water bottle. And I was constantly having pains in my lower back when I woke up in the morning. Even though I was a lean woman all my life, my body fat percentage was 29%. Worst of all though, was that I was in a very lazy mood and always came up with excuses for myself not to move my body. I always used to say I was too busy with work, kids etc. Then I started training with Ananda for 3 times a week. She implemented a training schedule for me which we improved on and she kept changing the program every time I reached certain goals. I can tell that she does a great job not only by creating a good workable training schedule for me but also because she feels my limits and my resistances. She is successful in motivating me to overcome my own initial response to choose the easy way out and quit when it gets too hard. Now my body fat is now down from 29% to 16,7% and my weight is the same! I feel much stronger now. My posture is better because I stand up more straight and I can even walk faster. She also recommended me some nutrition supplements. I cannot believe myself but I am actually taking them! But the biggest thing that changed is that I quit smoking, can you believe it? I didn't think I would manage to quit, but I did! Whenever I open the trunk of my car to pick up some heavy grocery bags I hear her voice in my head “Come on, you can do it. You are a strong woman!” She is an always smiling and spreading positive energy type of person. I can say that she kind of saved me 10, maybe 20 years of my life.

It is very obvious that Ananda is passionate about her work, and that she cares a lot about her clients. My job involves traveling a lot, changing time zones and shift work. So what was important for me was a training program I could use in any basic hotel gym with limited equipment. One of the greatest points I take away from this is the accuracy and the timing of the exercises that Ananda introduces. It helps me avoid back pain and strengthens the core. Finally I would like to emphasize her positive personality and all her effort and time spend making a program that will work for you!

I met Ananda 6 months after giving birth to my son James. I had chosen to quit my working life for a while and to explore motherhood to the fullest! After a few months I noticed I had less routine in my life because of not working anymore. I became more lazy, (yes, even with a baby) which is easy for me to become, but not something I like to be… I always seek for balance because that is which I feel best by, but being a little bit of a restless person, I don’t always achieve this.. I felt that I needed to take some action and do more things that would make me feel better, mentally and physically. When I spontaneously started talking to Ananda at the gym my husband also goes to, she immediately gave out such a good energy, that the moment I got home, I sent her a message to ask her if we could plan an intake for personal training and from there on I was addicted to our workout sessions together! On and off I had about 5 personal trainers over the last 10 years and Ananda is by far the very best! For me for sure, but I am pretty sure for you too! She is such an intelligent, passionate, open minded, caring and perfectionist allround personal trainer, that I find it unique! When we meet up for a session, it is not just purely exercising, it can also really be a ''psychological thrill’’ and fun! What I socially love to do is wining and dining, sometimes a bit too much I must admit... But now I have Ananda in my life, I feel so much more balanced, energetic and good about myself. She gives me such a good boost every time we meet, I would not want to miss her in my life anymore!

Apart from being an excellent personal trainer, there is something special about Ananda in the way she guides you. If you are curious, she has the knowledge to answer your questions. She also goes an extra mile to get the answer for you if she doesn’t have it. She is constantly adapting and customizing the training to get the best out of you. My overall experience with Ananda Jenny has been an enjoyable and enlightening one!
